Returns and Refunds
Except for any products designated on the Site as final or non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund, exchange, or store credit in the amount your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition. All returns will need to be submitted through our customer portal found here.
If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days of our receipt of your merchandise.
