What can I return within 30 days?
New/unused items in original condition with tags/packaging. Start a return with the Start Return / Warranty Claim button above ☝️
What’s not eligible for 30 day return?
Used and abused items, items without original packaging, final-sale items, and custom prints. (Warranty still applies to defects—see below.)
How do warranty claims work?
If something breaks or fails under normal use, submit Submit Your Request above. We’ll repair or replace at our discretion.
What info do I need to start?
Your order # and email/zip. Bought elsewhere? Use Register Your Bag first, then submit a claim.
How long does it take?
Approvals in 1–2 business days. Returns are processed 1–3 business days after we receive the item.
Who pays for shipping?
Returns: prepaid label for U.S. orders.
Warranty: we cover shipping on approved claims.
