Warranty Policy

SKUNK® Inc. takes pride in the quality of its products and strives to provide consumers with an overall positive product experience. SKUNK® Inc. stands behind its products with the following warranty and return policy.

If you purchased on SkunkBags.com, please submit a warranty claim through our customer portal.

If you purchased a product at your local shop or through another online website, please register the product or submit a warranty claim through our warranty registration form.

One Year Limited Warranty

SKUNK® Inc. warrants its products with a ONE (1) Year Limited Warranty ("Warranty”). This Warranty only covers defective parts, defective manufacture, faulty workmanship, and failure to perform as intended. This Warranty covers replacement of the same or similar product of equal value, solely at SKUNK® Inc.'s discretion. This Warranty only applies to the original purchaser. This Warranty does not cover any damage to any non-SKUNK® Inc. product used in connection with a SKUNK® Inc. product. This Warranty does not apply to, or cover any damage due to misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, or tampering. SKUNK® Inc.’s liability to the customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price of the warranted product. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, sections of the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Warranty replaces any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this Warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon SKUNK® Inc.

Conditions of Warranty

Products purchased from an authorized reseller must be returned to the original place of purchase within the store's return period.If your purchase has passed the store's return period you may contact support@skunkbags.com to receive a warranty replacement. All warranty requests must contain a copy of your valid proof of purchase. Warranties for products purchased from https://www.skunkbags.com must be processed online at https://skunkbags.com/apps/redo/account.The replacement product is only covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the time of replacement and is not subject to the 1 Year Warranty. All SKUNK® Inc. warranties are non-transferrable.

Accessing Your Registered Product

We have recently changed our warranty process to give customers a better experience and provide FREE shipping on warranty claims. To accommodate this new process, any products that were registered prior to October 31st, 2024 will need to be registered again through our warranty registration form.

For products registered after October 31st, 2024, please navigate to our customer portal. To access your account, input your email and select "Can't find your order number?". Follow the directions to get access to your account. To view registered products, go to "Your account" and select "warranties". If you have any questions, please reach out to support@skunkbags.com.

30 Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase made on https://www.skunkbags.com, SKUNK® Inc. honors a thirty (30) day return policy. The product must be returned in its original packaging with the proof of purchase to SKUNK® Inc. A refund of the purchase price will be provided (exclusions may apply). Please visit our customer portal to begin the return process.
